Please fill out your “Ship To” destination with a physical street address– we cannot ship online orders to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.
For delivery to an A.P.O., please call or fax us to place your order.
- For your Credit Card to be Processed, the name and address, including ZIP code, that you enter for Credit Card Billing Information must match the name and address, including ZIP code on your Credit Card Statement.
- Shipping charges are shown only for UPS Ground. Need it quicker? Please call us at 1-800-345-3036 for an alternate shipping method.
- Although our shopping cart is set up for UPS, sometimes we ship via FedEx. We use both shippers to help keep their prices as competitive as possible.
- For orders weighing 100 lbs. or more, one of several freight lines we routinely use will likely be the most economical shipping solution. Please call us at 1-800-345-3036 for shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
- Please allow time for order fulfillment: general stock items (hats, shirts, MRC supplies, cots, etc.) take 1-3 days depending on availability while Custom Kits run 2-4 weeks. Small kit orders may ship within 1-3 days.
- Unless your tax exemption status been verified with ProPac, Inc., 7.5% sales tax will be added for persons within South Carolina and 8% will be added for those in North Carolina.
- ProPac welcomes individuals who wish to purchase products for home/personal use.
